What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Waukegan, IL and serve Lake County, Chicago’s North Shore and the northern suburbs — including Gurnee, Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Highland Park, Deerfield, Winnetka, Evanston and Skokie.
Are you insured?
Yes — Sussy’s Cleaning Service is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind on every residential and commercial job.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
What services do you offer?
Deep cleaning, recurring residential cleaning, office & commercial cleaning, move in / move out cleaning, post-construction cleanup and carpet & upholstery cleaning.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all cleaning supplies and professional equipment, and we use eco-friendly products that are safe for families, pets and the environment.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Sussy’s gift cards come in $160, $250 and $400 values, are valid for any residential or office cleaning service, and are delivered by email within one business day.
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains surfaces that are cleaned often. A deep clean tackles the details and build-up — baseboards, grout, appliance fronts, fixtures and high-touch points — so it takes longer and goes further.
How often can you come?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. Bi-weekly is the most popular choice for families.
Can you clean outside business hours?
We schedule around your operations. Our hours are Mon–Fri 7AM–5:30PM and Sat 8AM–3PM — ask us about your specific needs.
Should the home be empty?
An empty home lets us clean inside every cabinet, closet and appliance — that’s where move-out cleans make the biggest difference.
When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the trades are finished and before move-in or final walk-through. For big projects, a rough clean plus a final clean works best.
Can you remove every stain?
We pre-treat stains and remove most everyday marks. Some old or set-in stains can lighten but not fully disappear — we’ll be honest about expectations.
