When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the trades are finished and before move-in or final walk-through. For big projects, a rough clean plus a final clean works best.

How is this different from a deep clean?
Construction dust is extremely fine and settles everywhere, so we use more passes, more detail work and equipment built for it.
